Happy Resurrection Day! (& blog makeover)

I hope everyone had a most beautiful Easter Sunday! I am so thankful for the "unshakable Hope" (our church's theme this Easter) that we can have because of Jesus' death and resurrection. What an amazing sacrifice He made for all of my numerous sins. I am so undeserving. "What a friend we have in Jesus." I truly can face tomorrow with Hope "because He lives."

We had a wonderful day full of family and fun. It was a great blending of families today with my family, Cullen's family, and my sister's husband's family all there for lunch. After a beautiful church service, we went to the Summit Club downtown and the Easter Bunny was there too! Afterward we went back to my sister & brother-in-law's house for some fun and socializing outside. Water balloons, a water hose, and a make-shift water slide were all involved. There are lots more pictures (of course) but I just wanted to go ahead and post this cute one!

Also, you might notice I got a blog makeover!! What do you think?? It was done by my sweet sorority sister, Leslie Lambert (who is also the one who got me started on couponing, so all those who have been asking, check out her blog for tips!). She does awesome blog design and has been so patient with me b/c I might be the pickiest person ever! She also has the best prices for the super cute blog design that she does, so check her out if your blog needs an overhaul. Stay tuned for the meaning behind the new blog title... and for real links in the navbar. Hopefully now that I have this cute blog to work with, I will be more motivated to get some posts done and catch up! :-)
